For Doctors
The clinical platform you share with your patients.
Start every visit informed and finish with a clear next step. Patients prepare before they arrive, agree times with you and follow your plan, all on the record you work from, in any specialty.
What you gain
- Spend more of the visit on care and less on rebuilding context.
- See what still needs attention between visits.
- Let the team help without opening the clinical record.
Your day, connected
Before the visit
- Begin with a prepared history
Prepared by the patient, with changes since last time highlighted.
- Spend more of the visit on care
Less rebuilding, more attention for the patient.
During care
- Work from one view
Records, documents, notes and plans together.
- Keep private notes private
Your working notes stay apart from what is shared.
After, and across your patients
- Fewer loose ends
Plans, check-ins and tasks stay connected to each patient.
- Delegate safely
The team helps without opening clinical records.
- See patterns across your panel
Reports that show who was counted and what may be missing.
The Day, at a Glance
Arrivals, proposals and the next visit in one list
Your day shows confirmed appointments, who is waiting, proposals that need your answer and walk-ins, in your own timezone. Open a visit and the prepared history opens with it.
Because the list is built from agreed appointments, it never shows a time the patient has not confirmed.
- Arrived and waiting, marked by the front desk
- Proposals you can confirm, move or decline
- No-shows recorded, so recall can follow up
- 09:00Review visit · history updatedarrived
- 09:30New patient · history readyconfirmed
- 10:15Proposed by patientawaiting you

What Stays Yours
Delegate the day, keep the clinical work
- You grant, you see, you remove
- Each assistant starts with no access. You grant exactly the access their work needs, and removed access stops immediately.
- Scheduling and requests
- Assistants can manage your schedule, handle requests, send reminders and mark arrivals when you allow it.
- Never clinical records
- Operational access never opens the record, the consultation or your notes, whatever is granted.
- Your notes are yours
- Working notes stay private by default. Sharing anything with the patient is a deliberate, visible act.
What is hard today
Intake starts from zero. Notes live in one system, documents in another, messages in a third.
Follow-up loses context between tools, and reports often leave out who was counted or what may be missing.
Questions doctors ask
Does Nerida replace my current records system?
Nerida holds the shared record for the care relationships that run on it, and there are no integrations with other systems today. Design partners help us understand which of their existing tools Nerida sits beside and which it replaces.
Who decides what my patients’ answers mean?
You do. Nerida Health organises the history, the plan and the follow-up around your work; it does not diagnose or give medical advice. Any rule about what an answer means is written by you, for your own patients.
Where are my patients’ records held, and who can see them?
Nerida Health encrypts data in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Every request is checked against the person’s role and permissions: your private notes stay yours, and a patient decides who helps with their care.
Can my assistant see clinical records?
Never through operational access. Assistants manage scheduling, requests and reminders within the permissions you grant. The record, the consultation and your notes stay out of reach.
I practise in both a general and a specialised setting. Does that fit?
Yes. A doctor may hold several specialties or a general category. Specialty shapes defaults and ordering; it never limits what you may use.
What will it cost?
You can start on the Free plan, which stays free. Plus and Premium are on the pricing page, with launch rates. Each doctor holds their own plan, and assistants come with Plus at no charge per assistant.
When can I use it with real patients?
Once the platform is production-ready and independent security, clinical and legal review is complete. Use begins with a controlled pilot, and design partners are invited first.
