We want everyone to be able to read and use this website, and accessibility is a design commitment for the Nerida Health platform itself.
Our target
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we build for
- Full keyboard operation, with visible focus and a skip link
- Semantic landmarks, breadcrumbs, logical heading order and descriptive link text
- Text contrast at or above the AA thresholds, and visible boundaries on interactive controls
- An accessible mobile menu (keyboard, focus management, Escape to close)
- Complete content with JavaScript disabled
- Full respect for
prefers-reduced-motion: every animation is removed and the settled page shown - Readability at 200% zoom and on 320px-wide screens, in all three languages
Known limitations
- The site has not yet been tested with every screen-reader and browser combination; VoiceOver and other assistive-technology passes are planned before launch.
- Illustrative product figures are simplified representations with text alternatives, not full descriptions of the future interface.
