Nerida Health Take Part

For Dental Practices

The dental day, connected. From recall to the plan the patient accepts.

The clinical platform you share with your patients, built for dentistry. Chart tooth by tooth, keep recalls on track, let patients accept plans item by item, and run the front desk without clinical access.

What the practice gains

  • See who is due, and handle recall, missed visits and the waitlist in one list.
  • Send treatment plans that patients can review and accept.
  • Let the front desk run the schedule without opening clinical records.

Recall and Recovery

Know who is due. Invite, never book for them.

Set a recall interval for each visit type. Patients appear as due once that time has passed since their last completed visit of that type. The same list holds the waitlist and missed visits.

A recall offer is an invitation, never an automatic booking. The patient proposes or accepts a time, and both sides agree.

  • Recall intervals per visit type
  • Waitlist and no-show follow-up in the same list
  • The team can work the list with permission

Treatment Plans

Present a plan. Let the patient answer.

You draft a treatment plan and present it. The patient reviews the proposed work and accepts or declines it. Once presented, a plan is locked: revising it creates a new version, so what was agreed is never quietly rewritten.

Completed and cancelled plans keep their history. The patient sees the plans presented to them in their own account.

  • Versioned: revisions never overwrite what was presented
  • Patient accepts or declines, in writing
  • Completion feeds practice reporting

What a dental practice can do

  • Chart tooth by tooth

The dental history includes tooth-level charting alongside the patient’s medical background and medications.

  • Prepare dental histories

Patients answer dental questions before they arrive: pain, bleeding, previous work, habits. What changed since last time is highlighted.

  • Run the front desk safely

Reception manages the schedule, arrivals, reminders and requests without ever opening the clinical record.

  • Refer and receive referrals

Referrals to and from other doctors move through clear steps, with their requirements listed.

  • Keep families connected

A parent manages a child’s dental care through their own account, with permissions the practice and the family can both see.

  • See the practice in numbers

Reports on visits, recalls and plans that show who was counted and what is missing.
